Once the design is approved, we create rubber molds to replicate the model in wax. These wax replicas are assembled into a “wax tree.”The wax tree is coated in ceramic slurry to form a shell. After heating to melt the wax, molten silver is poured into the ceramic mold.

Once the silver has cooled, the ceramic shell is carefully broken away to reveal the rough casting of the jewelry. This rough casting undergoes multiple stages of meticulous polishing, grinding, and finishing. These processes are designed to remove any excess material and imperfections, ensuring that the surface of the silver jewelry is smooth and flawless, ready for final inspection and quality control.
